Shreveport, LA - Just after 8:30pm Shreveport Fire Department crews responded to the 7100 block of Wyngate Boulevard for a reported abandoned house fire. Rescue 9 arrived on scene first and reported flames coming from the "C" side (rear of residence). Engine 15 arrived next and went in on fire attack. Engine 9 was the second pump on scene and reportedly pulled a hydrant and laid the supply line. Shortly after the fire was brought under control and fire investigators were called out. The cause of the fire is under investigation and no injuries were reported. Temperatures were just below 30° all night. Signal 51 units responded and served rehab supplies.
